I am always confused between periods and spotting. Can’t actually differentiate between the two, I know this is very simple question for which I should be know the answer, but I really don’t know about it can you please tell me the difference and what exactly spotting is. I am 19 now and I must have got the spotting also but I am sure I would have misinterpreted it as period, but now I no longer want to repeat the same mistake.
