I am 35 years old and I am here for my cause. I have been suffering from chronic constipation since one week now. I am a smoker and I generally smoke 2-3 cigarettes in a day. A friend of mine has advised me to take the senna plus medication for constipation. I want to know if senna plus is an effective laxative? Has anybody used it before?Please tell me about all the precautions that I need to take, before I use it.
