I am 25 years old and I am here to discuss my plight with you on this forum. Actually for the past 3 months or so my stomach is not all that well and I have been suffering from frequent stomach upsets. One day or the other I have this constipation problem and acidity which gets me into real trouble. Now I would like to know from you as to how to get rid of these stomach problems?
