I just had my periods and it has been a terrible month for me since I last had my periods.People have cramps before period but the opposite happens with me. I get cramps after my periods. This is really unusual for me since after the periods the discharge of blood helps you relax and get rid of all the pains but the cramps after period makes it is really impossible. I keep on sitting in the washroom for long period of time for cramps after period. How can I reduce the pain of the cramps that occur after my period?
