My dad has recently been diagnosed with type II diabetes and the doctor has advised him to of keep a check on his diet. He is 58 years of age and I am worried about his health. He was overweight, but now due to certain intense exercises he has put a control on his weight as well. Can someone please suggest me some useful information about type ii diabetes diet as it is of utmost importance to me at this phase of my dad’s life. Please advice.
