Well, I have consulted to doctor and the doc thought that I had a sinus infection and put me on antibiotics. I know it’s not a sinus infection as I’ve had this before and it’s nothing like it. When I woke up this morning, I had a big blister up my right nostril and my nose and face were swollen, it has now gone down a fair bit but still very sore. I think it’s a cold sore. Has anyone else ever had a cold sore up their nose? Do I still need to take the antibiotics? Is there a way to prevent cold sores from recurring? Please help me.
