I am a pregnant woman I am having severe lower back pain.I am in my fourth week of pregnancy.I had never encountered such a situation before in my first pregnancy it was all fine with constipation and a few other hick-ups.I want to know from you could this lower back pain be a sign of miscarriage?Do I need to have an ultrasound?People please come out with a good news I don’t want anything wrong to happen.
