7. Get away from the screen

The risk of inactivity increases greatly because of TV, computers and video games for both children and adults. In children, this habit can lead to video games addiction which cannot be considered as a healthy practice in any circumstance. This inactivity aids obesity, so you have to take effective measures in order to eliminate it from your lifestyle. Set rules and limits on the screen time, not only for your children but also for yourself. One of the possible parameters is that the screen time should not be more than two hours per day.ย
