Hello there! I am 24 years old and I have been diagnosed with low iron saturation. I am not anaemic as such but recently I lost my appetite and started showing the signs of anorexia. So I had to go for a blood test which showed low levels of iron saturation in my body. I would like to know about the causes for low iron saturation in my body? Do I need to add some iron rich foods in my diet?
