I want to reduce some weight and for that I was using HCG forum last night to see a healthy diet plan. In the forum the first topic was about introduction. I am not able to understand this point as I think it has nothing to do with the diet plan and recipes. I was able to get the recipes without introducing myself. So I want to know for what reason that point is there? What is the significance of introducing yourself when it does not make any sense?
