What is the ideal weight for men?

I am twenty six year old fully grown man who is aware of his responsibilities and shaping his career. But this dedication and determination is not working in controlling my weight. Since I work at late night shifts at office, I have the habit of chomping four hamburgers at a go. My friend says that I should not exceed my weight or else I will inflate very fast anytime. Now I am regretting the fact. What is the ideal weight of a man that i should maintain and the weight limit that I should not exceed?
