I am 27 years old and I am here to discuss my problem on this platform. For the past one week I have been suffering from this odd heel pain which is quite disconcerting for me. I am a professional long distance runner and I am used to running for long periods. Now I would appreciate if someone can tell me about the possible heel pain causes? Should I go for an X-ray?
