5. One Clove of Garlic a Day

With aging, come many diseases like heart disease, colon cancer, blood pressure, diabetes, etc. These diseases will never make one feel young again. If you want to keep these out of your way, you need to eat one clove of garlic a day. You can eat it cooked or just raw; it will still have the same effect. The heat generated by garlic inside your body will reduce the cholesterol levels inside you body and hence prevent a heart disease. So make sure you use garlic the next time you are cooking a vegetable, pasta, curry or just a salad.

6. Red Wine and Coffee

Two anti-aging drinks which when consumed regularly can make you look young and fit are red wine and coffee. Red wine contains resveratrol which helps in curb down the chronic inflammation causing aging. It acts an antioxidant and hence protects the arteries from getting damaged. Red wine also helps to reduce the damage caused for cells and hence stops the aging process. One five ounce glass everyday is recommended only. Coffee another regularly consumed drink is known to reduce risks due to diabetes 2 and also good for the heart. The antioxidants in coffee will play a role inside your body which protects you from harmful cell damage.
