Hello guys! I am 36 years old and work in a private company. I have lots of friends and I live with my family. In the recent years I have put on a lot of weight and my belly has also protruded. I have made a bet with one of my friends that I would cut down on my belly and lose weight. So I need everybody’s help in it. I want to know how to have flat belly in a month’s time. I am ready to do anything for it.
