Five simple lifestyle hacks to get 6-pack abs in 90 days

1.     Have breakfast

2.     Hydrate!

Did you know that hydration is one of the biggest factors controlling appetite? When we wake up, our bodies are dehydrated from our sleeping fast. Drinking two glasses of water when we get out of bed immediately reduces our hunger for the day. Keep drinking water throughout the day and you’ll be amazed at how much less you eat. 4.     Coffee

Embrace the coffee culture around you and get on the coffee hype. A cup in the morning and a cup before your workout might be the extra jolt of energy you need to push yourself to the next level. Try drinking it black, as well. It might be bitter at first, but black coffee has almost zero calories. Trust us on this one. In no time, you’ll be flaunting those sexy abs to everyone in your local coffee shop.

5.     Sleep

Don’t lie to yourself. You never get enough sleep right? But, who does these days? Getting adequate sleep subsides our central nervous systems, one of the biggest factors that affect our appetites. Sleep right and your body and brain will follow!

While ab exercises shouldn’t be overlooked, it is definitely not the reason why you don’t have the six pack you’ve always wanted.
