I am 46 years old and I am an angina patient. My angina is a stable one and I have been able to manage my disease quite well up to now. My real problem started some 1 month back when I felt a sharp and sudden chest pain. From that time onward my doctor has put me on diltiazem er. I want to know from people what is diltiazem er’s mechanism of action? Awaiting replies!
