1. Headaches

Hence, medical attention is needed soon after you notice this problem.

2. Chest pains

Such patients may feel pain in chest or breath shortness due to excess eating. Such patients, due to their eating style, find it difficult to gulp properly and digest food. Due to indigestion problems, chest pain problems can also occur. The problem is more common with people who are obese. Such patients fail to exercise properly.

3. Irregular heart rate

Eating when not hungry is another sign of such a disorder. Often people with this disorder eat excessive food at one time and vomit it out in some time with the fear of gaining more weight. The muscles of heart are extremely sensitive. Overeating or excess eating can make them thin and flabby. Overeating, especially intake of junk food, blocks the essential nutrients from entering the body. Because of this lack of nutrients, proteins can have a negative effect on the heart, resulting in heart failure.

9. Depression

Usually people with such a disorder are extremely emotional. They feel embarrassed about their looks and eating habits. Such people may face problem of depression and personality disorder. Changes in mood, feeling irritated and disgruntled are some common signs of depression.
